Professional behavior of staff. Rooms and hotel exceptionally clean. I actually moved from another accomodation which was rated higher but I was highly disappointed and the Mecure was such a pleasant surprise. Rooms have everything you need. Staff is super friendly and go above and beyond to meet your needs. Beds extremely comfortable. Reminds me of an old English hotel.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Mercure Midrand and I must say that my experience was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I walked through the doors, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism that set the tone for my entire stay. The staff deserves special recognition for their outstanding service. Interacting with them was an absolute delight; they were not only easy to approach but also incredibly helpful throughout my stay. I must particularly mention the morning chef, Emma, who made my mornings at the hotel truly memorable. Emma's willingness to take the time to understand and accommodate my unique preferences. Her attention to detail and commitment to delivering a personalized dining experience left a lasting impression on me. I also want to extend my gratitude to the reception team, especially Noshipo and the evening receptionist (whose name, unfortunately, escapes me). Their friendliness and eagerness to assist were evident from the moment I checked in until I checked out. It's worth mentioning that the entire staff at [Hotel Name] exudes a genuine amiability that creates a welcoming atmosphere throughout the hotel.

The room space and cleaness of bedding was superb. The kitchen place close to the bar. although the car parking is not that super but the security is available. although the lift was not functioning at the time but the rooms are not high. the breakfast is good.

Our stay was so comfortable, our room was very clean especially the bathroom and shower. Thank you for going the extra mile with a beautiful message for my daughter and a delicious fruit platter, we enjoyed all the goodies. From the friendly lady at reception to the cleaning staff, not forgetting security at the gate, thank you for the kind and exceptional customer service. I'm already planning our next stay with the whole family 😊

The Cleanliness. The Security was excellent and Staff was very helpful. They can improve on warm meal options for Vegetarians to include soya products but it was sufficient.

The place is beautiful. There is backup for loadshedding that's a bonus as I had work to do. Staff members were friendly

Used the accommodation as part of a group doing a function. Venue looked after as well. Dinner and breakfast were according to expectation. Rooms were neat and clean. No noise or any other issues to complain about. Will definitely use them again in the future.

We stayed here for 2nights from 09-11 December 202 and we enjoyed our stay here, would definitely come back again. The rooms were spacious and clean....it really exceeded our expectations and the breakfast was delicious. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Midrand/Johannesburg
